• Sellside Adviser to RES Americas — 100% equity sale of a 400 MWac development-stage solar asset in ERCOT South. Advised on valuation supported by project finance modeling and forward energy market curves; originated and structured a Power Purchase Agreement with a global hyperscale technology firm to support the sale and project financing.
• Adviser to Cardinal Investment Company — Project financing for a 194 MWac ERCOT North solar project with merchant exposure, including construction-to-term debt, a tax credit transfer agreement, and Renewable Energy Certificate offtake.

Originated and executed C&I and utility-scale solar and energy storage development opportunities across the United States — leading due diligence, financial modelling, and energy market research.
